• Manage the operation and technical troubleshooting of various manual, semi-automatic, and automated production equipment
• Ensure all finished goods are accurately labeled, packaged, and placed into cartons
• Conduct thorough quality checks to help maintain our high production standards
• Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly adhering to all safety protocols
• Engage in routine 5S tasks to support waste reduction and boost overall operational efficiency

• Completion of high school or an equivalent educational credential
• At least one year of professional experience within a warehouse, production, or manufacturing setting
• Demonstrated capacity to rapidly acquire new skills and adjust to changing workflows
• Proficiency in fundamental mathematics and the practical use of various measuring instruments
• Physical capability to remain standing for the duration of the shift and lift loads weighing up to 50 lbs

• Technical proficiency in operating and repairing machinery
• Expertise in labeling, packaging, and cartoning processes
• Commitment to maintaining quality standards and safety regulations
• Strong foundational math and measurement capabilities
• Working knowledge of both manual and automated production systems
