A Shift Leader is responsible for supporting the management team in the execution of running their assigned location. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Learn how to lead and run excellent shifts.
• Delivering top quality food.
• Enjoy customer service the Jersey Mike's way.
• Using communication skills to motivate team members.
• Role modeling a sense of urgency.
• Embracing Jersey Mike’s policies and procedures.

• Support the management team in daily operations of the location.
• Lead shifts to ensure quality food, service, and cleanliness standards are met.
• Motivate and supervise team members; model a sense of urgency and professionalism.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

• Work 30+ hours a week.
• Have the ability to get to and from work on time.
• Maintain open communication with AGM and GM.
• Lead your team by example and uphold Jersey Mike’s standards.
