Part Time Receptionist

Bettenhausen Automotive is looking for a Part Time Receptionist to join our team at our Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram store in Lockport, IL!

Position

Hours:

3:30pm - 8pm, variable weeknights and every other Saturday - we are always closed on Sundays!

Receptionists are key members of our team and usually the first person a customer interacts with at our dealership! We are looking for energetic and outgoing team members to greet and direct customers as they walk in the door and over the phone.

• Organize and track all incoming calls and visitors.
• Professionally communicate with customers, staff, and vendors.
• Receipt various forms of payment.
• Data Entry for Inventory Management.
• Daily sales reporting.

• Is able to multi-task and prioritize tasks
• Has customer service experience
• Automotive dealership experience is preferred
• Has a high school diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Part Time
