Senior Software Engineer – Backend; Go, Process Automation

Were hiring a Senior Software Engineer to accelerate automation and AI-driven efficiency across critical business areas targeting a 30% improvement in top manual processes by Q2 2026.

• Design develop and deploy scalable automation solutions.
• Partner with Security and Operations to identify automation opportunities.
• Ensure seamless transitions from manual to automated workflows.
• Monitor debug and document automated systems.

• 7 years in software engineering with strong Go expertise.
• Experience with automation tools such as Jira Google Workspace Slack Workato Glean or N8n.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Familiarity with AI agents LLM workflows or MCP servers (nice-to-have).
