Were hiring a Senior Software Engineer to accelerate automation and AI-driven efficiency across critical business areas targeting a 30% improvement in top manual processes by Q2 2026.
Key Responsibilities- Design develop and deploy scalable automation solutions.
- Partner with Security and Operations to identify automation opportunities.
- Ensure seamless transitions from manual to automated workflows.
- Monitor debug and document automated systems.
- 7 years in software engineering with strong Go expertise.
- Experience with automation tools such as Jira Google Workspace Slack Workato Glean or N8n.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Familiarity with AI agents LLM workflows or MCP servers (nice-to-have).
