Immediate opening for a Class C Home Daily Delivery Truck Driver in Lockport, IL. We are looking for a reliable and safety‑focused driver to join our team.

• Pay: $1,075 – $1,200 per week (Paid Weekly)
• Hours:
  
  48 per week, Monday – Friday, 6:00 – 7:00 AM Dispatch
• Training:
  Paid and on‑the‑job
• Schedule:
  
  6:00 AM – 7:00 AM Dispatch, Monday – Friday

• Safely drive a straight truck to deliver items to homes on a dedicated daily route.
• Comply with all federal, state and company safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of loading, unloading, route details and any incidents.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Detect and eliminate safety hazards while on the road.
• Assist with loading/unloading freight if required by customer.
• Other tasks as assigned.

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 6 months verifiable driving experience.
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test.
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years.
• Pass a DOT physical.
• Pass a Ryder road test.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations and policies.
• Must have verifiable driving experience (must be in similar equipment if position being applied for is operating a straight truck or box truck):
  • 6 months experience in the past 3 years, OR
  • 2 years experience within the last 5 years, OR
  • 5 years experience within the last 10 years

• Uniform allowance provided.
• Paid Personal Time Off: 80 hours accrued in the first year, available from day one. Unused PTO is paid out at hourly rate.
