Responsibilities include:

• Evaluating and treating patients in a home setting
• Communicating with families, physicians, and healthcare professionals
• Maintaining thorough documentation in the EMR
• Having personal equipment such as smart devices and blood pressure monitors

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited college or university with a DPT, Master's, or Bachelor's in Physical Therapy
• Active license as a Physical Therapist in FL
• Open to new graduates and experienced therapists
• Ability to start within 7 days
