Manager, Planning - Onsite

Join GXO Logistics, Inc. as a Manager, Planning – an onsite role focused on demand planning, forecasting, and customer care for select clients. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $130,000 to $150,000 annually.

• Lead and direct planning-related functions of the distribution center, including scheduling inbound/outbound shipments, replenishment, inventory slotting, capacity analysis, and order prioritization.
• Develop and execute operational-level reporting for site leadership and clients.
• Support operations teams to meet service-level standards, adhering to contractual obligations and ensuring client compliance.
• Identify growth opportunities with current customers by promoting enhanced services and cost savings.
• Track, record, and maintain planning and operations data; deploy planning-based metrics to optimize efficiencies.
• Support cost-saving initiatives through continuous improvement initiatives within the site.
• Handle direct reports: interview, hire, onboard, set expectations, train, develop, conduct performance reviews.

• 4+ years of experience with complex demand planning activities.
• Experience deploying industry-leading business intelligence solutions (Power BI, Tableau, Cognos).
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Working knowledge of statistical methods, forecasting, and projections.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
• SQL or similar programming knowledge.
• 4 years of managerial/supervisory experience.
• APICS certification (preferred).
• Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred).
• Lean manufacturing principles experience (preferred).
