This job offers an exciting opportunity to manage end‑to‑end warehousing operations, leading a team on the 1st shift (Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm) and ensuring efficient, safe, and compliant processes.

As a Contract Logistics Specialist, you will manage end‑to‑end warehousing operations for our customers. By doing so with precision, you contribute to team success and to the day‑to‑day operations and success in the warehouse and distribution centres. For example, storing and delivering delicate flowers and fresh ingredients to local stores for everyday lunches and family celebrations.

• Ensure new hires are thoroughly trained, and ongoing training is provided to all employees to ensure their continued success.
• Oversee associates, manage work schedules, and ensure attendance is accurately recorded.
• Maintain employee awareness and compliance with QSHE (Quality, Safety & Health, Environment).
• Provide reporting and take part in weekly and monthly business reviews.
• Analyze process improvements and rollout of the agreed next steps.
• Establish a clear communication channel between internal and external stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of warehousing experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a distribution environment.
• 1+ years of experience leading and implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies and Continuous Improvement.
• Knowledge of various production and quality systems.
• Proficient in Word, Excel (maintain complex spreadsheets), and PowerPoint.
