Loader Operator

• Operate front-end loader to transport and load aggregates into the batch plant.
• Maintain correct stockpiles of materials (sand, gravel, cement, fly ash, etc.).
• Ensure consistent feed of materials for concrete production.
• Perform daily inspections on plant maintenance, including greasing, checking oil levels, and inspecting compressor belts.
• Perform daily equipment inspections, fueling, and minor maintenance such as greasing tractors, checking fluid levels, and replacing filters.
• Keep work area, plant yard, and stockpiles organized and free of hazards.
• Assist with plant cleanup, including shoveling spilled material and washing down areas to keep sloping, racks, pits, and loaders clean.
• Communicate with batch plant operator and truck drivers to ensure smooth production.
• Follow all safety policies, including PPE use and traffic flow rules in the yard.

• Experience operating loaders, skid steers, or similar equipment.
• Knowledge of aggregate materials and concrete production (preferred).
• Basic mechanical skills for maintenance of plant and equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and physical environments.
• Safety-conscious mindset.

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs occasionally.
• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing, and operating equipment.
• Comfortable in dusty, noisy environments.
