• Consistently deliver on KPIs, be fully cross‑trained across store functions, and mentor new team members.
• Complete all other duties as assigned.

• Results‑oriented seller with at least 1 year in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills demonstrating care.
• Ability to charm and connect with people at all levels.
• Minimum age 18, able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ lbs, and arrive on time.
• Consistent schedule with at least 20 hours per week preferred; typically up to 12 hrs base and up to 21 hrs during peak weeks (max 30 hrs).
