The Brand Ambassador delivers personalized, inspiring customer experiences and supports sales goals in a retail environment. This customer-focused team member demonstrates fashion and styling knowledge while contributing to an inclusive, high-standard store experience.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service and meet individual performance goals.
- Help achieve sales plans by collaborating with the team and connecting customers with available programs and offerings.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain sales floor, stockroom, and visual standards.
- Support store operations, including replenishment, floor sets, and opening and closing tasks.
- Participate in training and share product feedback and category opportunities with management.
- Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
- Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and possible overnight shifts.
