• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between to resolve problems and build trusted relationships.
• Listen to needs, clearly explain practical solutions, and win customers with confidence and care.

• Serve as a problem solver for customers, using in‑depth training to decide on the best pest solution.
• Prospect new business and pursue assigned leads provided by a robust advertising budget.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain Orkin’s products and services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of customers’ homes—training is provided.
• Make recommendations based on inspection findings and explain the process, addressing any questions and setting expectations.
• Stay organized and prepare sales agreements using a company‑provided iPad; training is also provided.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required with a good driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company‑paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers.

• Position located in Newnan, Georgia.
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including the ability to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which sometimes requires an OSHA‑compliant respirator.
• Willing to work in different types of weather conditions.
