Sales Supervisor

Summary

The Sales Supervisor supports store management with daily operations, sales performance, and customer experience at the Marc Jacobs Locust Grove Outlet. The role leads the sales floor, develops client relationships, and helps coach the team while maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales goals and commercial KPIs.
• Lead the sales floor and deliver an elevated, customer-first experience.
• Use product knowledge, styling expertise, and client follow-up to build relationships and repeat business.
• Support team collaboration, coaching, and communication with management.
• Open and close the store, maintain organized sales and stock areas, and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in retail, sales, or a customer-service-focused related role.
• Prior leadership experience preferred; experience generating sales and developing client relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Computer skills, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
