Here s what a typical week looks like in our yard:
- Repair & Maintain: Cranes, excavators, bobcats, forklifts, shredders, trucks.
- Diagnose Issues: Mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical problems.
- Preventive Care: Regular inspections and service to minimize downtime.
- Document Work: Keep accurate logs and maintenance records.
- Team
Collaboration:
Coordinate with supervisors to prioritize equipment needs. - Stay Safe: Follow OSHA and company safety procedures at all times.
- Experience: 3+ years as a heavy equipment or industrial mechanic.
- Knowledge: Hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Skills: Welding and fabrication (preferred).
- Certifications: Valid driver s license required.
- Strength: Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work outdoors year-round.
