Box Truck Driver (Full-Time) - CDL A or CDL B Required

M&M Recycling is a local recycling company seeking a Box Truck Driver for a full-time career opportunity.

M&M Recycling has openings for qualified CDL A or CDL B licensed drivers with a clean MVR and strong references.

• HOURS OF OPERATION: 5:30 AM to 5:00 PM (M-F) / Half day Saturday
• Operate an M&M Recycling Box Truck for daily routes and pickups/deliveries
• Drivers are responsible for loading, hauling, and unloading safely
• Unload at M&M Recycling yards, scrap yards, customer sites, and mills (as needed)
• Secure loads and follow DOT and company safety procedures
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections daily
• Drivers are assigned their own company truck
• Complete paperwork on your company assigned tablet for each load
• Take the truck to be serviced and make sure everything is maintained correctly
• Saturday schedule is alternating (work 2 Saturdays per month)

We offer competitive pay of $1,250 - $1,000 per week, based on experience.

• Must have 3-5+ years CDL driving experience WITH REFERENCES
• CDL A or CDL B required (either one accepted)
• Experience driving Box Trucks strongly preferred
• Experience in recycling, hauling, roll-off, dump truck, or similar is a plus
• Please, no buses or shuttle-only experience
• CLEAN MVR - NO POINTS, NO DUI, NO MULTIPLE VIOLATIONS, NO SUPER SPEEDERS
• Willingness to undergo a background check
  
  Must be able to work every day except Sundays
• Monday to Friday and 1/2 day Saturday with every other Saturday off
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must work safely and complete required loads each day
• M&M Recycling will train you on routes, tablet paperwork, and company procedures
