- Sort, deliver and collect incoming/outgoing community and resident mail; may perform basic office/clerical functions and maintain visitor logs.
- Respond to resident emergencies by calling appropriate internal and external parties based on community protocol.
- Previous reception or front‑desk experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Comfortable with phone systems and basic computer applications.
