We are seeking a Worship Pastor to join our team to lead Century Assembly in Christ-centered worship, disciple and develop worship leaders, and foster excellence in every worship experience.

The Worship Pastor advances the mission of Century Assembly by leading the congregation into authentic worship, fostering a Christ-centered culture of excellence in music and production, and equipping leaders and teams to embody our vision, mission, and habitudes.

• Provide overall leadership of the worship ministry.
• Recruit, train, and develop worship and production team members.
• Oversee and lead worship for weekly services, events, and special gatherings.
• Plan, prepare, and execute worship sets in alignment with the Lead Pastors’ vision.
• Oversee worship ministry administration.
• Partner with the Assimilation and Events Department.

• Live with personal integrity, humility, and spiritual maturity.
• Model moral excellence and emotional intelligence in all interactions.
• Champion encouragement, accountability, and clarity.
• Guard team unity with zero tolerance for gossip or toxic communication.
• Lead with humility and professionalism — ministry, not just a job.

• 3–5 years of relevant ministry experience.
• Skilled vocally and instrumentally with strong stage leadership
• Excellent team-building, communication, and relational skills
• Passionate about cultivating a thriving culture of worship at Century Assembly
