Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

Join the well-established and well-respected group of 11 OB/GYN physicians looking to add 2-3 generalists to their growing practice. They are the area's largest women's group and are in one of the fastest-growing cities in the US. They have 1 MFM and 1 REI sub-specialist and would like to add MFM for consult only. This physician will cover most offices and manage the group s high-risk patients.

There will be no call and no deliveries for sub-specialists. For the OBGYN generalist opening, the group has multiple offices but the OBGYNs will only work out of one office, and while the group delivers out of 3 hospitals, physicians only do deliveries at the hospital closest to their office. Hospitals have level III and IIB nurseries with all services in-house including anesthesia and neo-natal.

An Oncologist from Stanford visits 2X p/m. They average about 10-12 deliveries per month per physician and do a good amount of office GYN as well including colposcopy, endometrial biopsy, GYN U/S, Hysteroscopy, Leep, D&C, Cystoscopy, etc. They do many major surgeries, including Robotics, Laparoscopy, and all types of MIGS. They do about 8 Robotics cases weekly, and physicians scrub together.

Providers enjoy a lifestyle-friendly call schedule of 1X weekly on average, and the call is taken from the home. Offer includes a highly competitive guaranteed salary for 4 yrs (and they are looking for physicians willing to commit to a 4yr contract) starting in the mid 300K range DOE with an annual increase.
