Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Location: Lodi, Ca
ResponsibilitiesImplement therapy interventions according to the OT’s established plan of care
Document patient treatments and progress accurately and in a timely manner
Assist with patient and family education to support therapy goals
Communicate changes in patient status to the supervising OT
Adhere to all safety, infection control, and compliance guidelines
QualificationsGraduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Active COTA license or ability to obtain
Strong patient-care, communication, and teamwork skills
