• 24+ months of role experience, with the last 12 months required in Labor & Delivery Unit.
• At least 24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience, with 12 months in the past 3 months.
• Preferred: 3 months of experience with Cerner.

• California nursing license.
• Multiple unit floating; local & travel allowed.
• COVID vaccination required after submission (religious and medical declinations accepted).
• Flu vaccination required after submission (religious and medical declinations accepted).
• Must be able to start within 4 weeks of receiving an offer.
• 12‑month staff stability at Program:
  Stability Healthcare Program – Adventist Health.
• Pre‑employment modules may be required; upload certifications and health documents to expedite onboarding.
• 2 references (manager/supervisor) and proof of identification required.

• Acute care facility experience.

• Facilities not accepting holiday RTO; no holiday RTO requests will be allowed.
• Floater coverage mid‑shift across units.
• Maximum of 5 days time off. Facility holidays:
  Jan 1 2025, May 26 2025, Jul 4 2025, Sep 1 2025, Nov 27 2025, Dec 25 2025. Start assignment restriction: 7 days.
