• Starting base pay $72,000 - $110,000

Responsibilities:

• Profitability of the Collision Center
• Oversee Production & Production Manager
• Assess all Quality of Work leaving the Shop
• Provide exceptional Customer Service
• Maintain great working relationships with the Insurance Companies
• Ensure Safety & Environmental Compliance

Requirements:

• Motivating Leader while providing a supportive atmosphere.
• Ability to encourage & foster cross-department teamwork.
• Previous Auto Body Experience.
• Educated on the DRPs & their specific requirements.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Clean Background Check & Driving Record.
• Willingness to learn & to train.
