Trinchero Family Estates in Lodi, California is seeking a Production Operator 3 to support a highly automated bottling line. You will operate, adjust, and troubleshoot bottling equipment, ensure safety, quality, and GMP compliance, and collaborate with the team to minimize downtime on the line.
Responsibilities include monitoring equipment, performing quality inspections, feeding supplies, and documenting issues in the OEE Redzone system.
