Part‑Time Registered Nurse Dialysis 4th Shift

DaVita Kidney Care seeks a part‑time registered nurse with dialysis experience for the 4th shift (4:30 PM‑10:00 PM) at 312 Fairmont Avenue, Lodi, CA.

$39.00 /hr – $54.00 /hr

• Provide life‑saving dialysis care to patients with end‑stage renal disease.
• Work within an interdisciplinary team of RNs, technicians, dietitians, social workers, physicians and center manager.
• Maintain accurate charting and documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical goal setting.
• Float to additional clinics during and after training.

• Current RN license in California.
• Minimum 9 months of RN practice.
• Prior dialysis experience required.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
• Current driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN).
• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER or Med‑Surg.
• Previous chronic hemodialysis, acute dialysis or home hemodialysis (HHD) experience.
• Background in teaching or healthcare education.

Shifts are 10‑12 hours, 3‑4 days per week. Fridays, holidays and weekends may be required.
