• Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group according to standards of care and the nursing process
• Monitor and manage telemetry patients, ensuring safety and timely response to changes in status
• Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff at various levels; coordinate care with other disciplines
• Apply critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making in daily patient care
• Communicate patient status, plans, and changes clearly with the care team; document accurately and promptly
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while maintaining professional standards of care

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in California
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to work nights and 12-hour shifts in a hospital setting
• Willingness to travel for a temporary assignment in Lodi, CA
• Education:
  
  Graduation from an accredited nursing program (RN)
• Telemetry or acute care nursing experience preferred
