Geriatric Nurse Practitioner
Total Life seeks nurse practitioners to lead longevity days at partner senior living communities in the Lodi-Sacramento area. You’ll present, conduct one-on-one visits, and coordinate with primary care providers. Training and onboarding are provided by the CMO.
Site days are on weekdays with 4–8 hours per day, a few times per month initially, with hours growing as bookings grow. In-person, contract role with mileage reimbursement and flexible scheduling.
