Registered Nurse – Med Surg (Travel) in Lodi, California. Start date 11/09/2026 for a 13-week assignment. Weekly pay range $1,931–$2,027 per week with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shift: 3x12 days, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM. Work setting:
Short Term Acute Care Hospital with Med Surg/Telemetry responsibilities. This is a travel - temporary assignment.

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an individual patient or assigned group following the nursing process and established standards of care
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and educational needs; develop, implement, and evaluate a plan of care
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data; administer medications and treatments as ordered; respond to clinical changes
• Coordinate care with the healthcare team, supervise and direct activities of nursing staff, and ensure safe patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families, provide discharge planning, and facilitate continuity of care across transitions
• Maintain a safe, clean, and patient-centered environment, adhering to infection control and quality improvement practices

• Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification required
• BSN preferred
• At least two years of recent, relevant experience in an acute care Med Surg/Telemetry setting
• Solid telemetry experience on mixed MS/Tele units
• Ability to work the listed day shift and perform in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Eligible to practice in the assigned facility setting and able to meet credentialing requirements
