You’ll have the autonomy to practice medicine your way, supported by skilled RVTs who keep your day running smoothly. The schedule can be shaped around you, with full‑time (34 days) or part‑time options available. There are no after‑hours or weekend shifts, giving you the time and balance to enjoy life outside of work. Confident new graduates are welcome, as well as experienced veterinarians, with opportunities to develop your surgical and dental skills.

You’ll join a close‑knit group of three veterinarians and a loyal support team with outstanding staff retention. Collaboration, respect, and humor are key parts of their culture. Continuing education is encouraged at every level. The clinic is well‑equipped for high‑quality small animal care, including dentistry and surgery.

Flexible scheduling is a core part of how this practice operates. Whether you prefer longer days and more time off, or shorter, consistent hours, they’ll make it work. No weekends or emergency call means you can truly switch off after your shift.

Up to $200,000 base salary depending on experience, with comprehensive benefits including:
