Job Overview

Flynn Group, founded by Greg Flynn, has grown to be the largest Applebee’s franchise operator worldwide, with 460 restaurants across 24 states.

We’re looking for an energetic Cook to help create dishes that keep guests coming back. You’ll work in a fast‑paced kitchen, communicate with the team, and enjoy a flexible schedule and great career prospects.

• Prepare and cook menu items to the brand’s high standards.
• Communicate clearly with teammates and dining room staff.
• Maintain food quality and cleanliness throughout the shift.

• Aged 18 years or older.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to teamwork and customer service.
• Physical ability to stand for up to four (4) hours, reach, bend, stoop, lift up to 50 pounds, and use hand tools safely.
• Ability to work in a hot, damp environment and maintain hand and face hygiene throughout the shift.

Pay ranges from minimum wage up to $23 per hour, plus tip‑out. Additional benefits include:
