Position: CHAMPAGNE BRAND AMBASSADOR, Rare Champagne

Responsibilities

  • Drive brand and sales growth across luxury hospitality, fine dining, and nightlife venues — including five-star hotels, Michelin-starred restaurants, rooftop lounges, private members clubs, and exclusive nightlife establishments.
  • Recruit and engage high-profile clients curating elevated, personalized champagne experiences that translate into volume and visibility.
  • Strengthen distributor relationships and collaborate with the sales team on pricing, inventory planning, and staff trainings.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities to refine commercial strategies and drive brand performance.
  • Develop and execute tailored marketing activations — from intimate private tastings and influencer events to large-scale nightlife takeovers.
  • Partner with marketing teams to bring the Maison’s storytelling to life through immersive experiences, creative collaborations, and digital content.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with luxury brands across fashion, jewelry, automotive, and travel to amplify visibility in key markets.
  • Build and maintain a network of high-net-worth individuals, VIP clients, and key opinion leaders, integrating Maison Rare into their lifestyle and social circles.
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of experience in luxury wine & spirits, hospitality, or nightlife brand development.
  • Deep knowledge of the U.S. luxury and high-energy dining landscape (NYC, Miami, LA, Las Vegas).
  • Charismatic, polished, and passionate about champagne, sales, and luxury culture.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of selling with the multi-tiered distribution channels
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be resourceful and flexible
  • Ability to balance multiple demands, prioritize tasks, and retain clear focus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft, Excel, CRM systems (BI, VIP), and data analysis tools
Preferred
  • WSET certification, or comparable champagne education is a plus
  • Fluent in French a plus
