For our branch in Lodi (California) we are looking for a Junior Sales Account who will be responsible for helping grow our business by developing new market leads, communicating with potential customers, understanding their needs and ensuring a smooth sales process.
Additional responsibilities include collecting information to support development of tailored technical solutions and supporting area managers in sales meetings, ensuring maximum market coverage in the assigned area through research, first phone contact and participation in trade fair events.
Responsibilities- Sourcing new opportunities by researching accounts and identifying key players.
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers.
- Understanding customer needs and requirements.
- Answering potential customer questions and providing them with additional information.
- Maintaining and expanding a database of prospects.
- Updating CRM.
- Ensuring market coverage by maintaining continuous contact with potential and existing customers.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Analysis and organizational skills.
- Reliability and precision.
- Knowledge of Spanish and/or Italian is a plus.
- Experience in the fruit and vegetable sector and/or in industrial machines is a plus.
