We’re growing fast and looking for a Paint & Body Technician Apprentice to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in detailed work, enjoys working with their hands, and wants to learn professional RV body repair and refinishing.
PAY & BENEFITS- Entry-Level Pay: $16.50–$24/hr + monthly bonuses ($250–$750)

As an RV Paint & Body Technician Apprentice, you’ll receive hands‑on training in collision repair, bodywork, and refinishing for RVs and trailers. You’ll work directly with experienced technicians and gain practical experience in surface preparation, structural repairs, and custom paint techniques.
Common Repair and Refinishing Tasks Include:
- Fiberglass and aluminum panel repair
- Dent, crack, and delamination repair
- Sanding, masking, and paint prep work
- Mixing and matching paint colors
- Applying primer, basecoat, and clearcoat finishes
- Decal removal and replacement
- Roof and sidewall refinishing
- Door, hatch, and compartment repair
- Cosmetic and structural body alignment
- Buffing, polishing, and detailing finishes
Types of Units You’ll Work On: Motorhomes, Fifth Wheels, Travel Trailers, Toy Haulers, Horse & Utility Trailers, and Tow Vehicles.
Brands We Service: Alliance, Brinkley, Coachmen, Dutchmen, Fleetwood, Forest River, Grand Design, Jayco, Keystone, Newmar, Outdoors RV, Winnebago, and more.
Note:
We no longer accept RVs built before 2005 without a pre‑inspection.

SCHEDULE- Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- High school diploma or equivalent (students still in school are welcome)
- Valid driver’s license
- Interest in paint, bodywork, or collision repair
- Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Desire for long‑term growth and teamwork

We provide in‑house and vendor‑sponsored training
, giving you the education and experience needed to succeed in the RV paint and body industry. Apprentices learn proper repair techniques, materials handling, and refinishing methods under the guidance of skilled technicians.
