We’re hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer to support and enhance a wide range of commercial‑grade equipment. This role blends hands‑on testing, electromechanical troubleshooting, and cross‑functional collaboration. You’ll work closely with engineering, sourcing, marketing, sales, and production teams to ensure our products meet demanding real‑world performance and durability standards.
Job Duties- Work with electromechanical components (motors, solenoids, etc.) across multiple product lines.
- Drive product durability, performance testing, and continuous improvement.
- Perform hands‑on testing in the Lodi workshop and guide in‑house technicians.
- Partner with overseas manufacturing teams to maintain quality and production efficiency.
- Benchmark against competitor products and support internal teams with performance insights.
- Create CAD models and technical documentation using Solid Works or Pro/Engineer (Creo).
- Provide mechanical troubleshooting support for products requiring more mechanical than electrical work.
- Occasional travel (2–3 trips/year) for site visits and team meetings.
- 5–8 years of electromechanical engineering experience.
- Background in rugged, commercial‑grade, mass‑produced products.
- Proficiency in Solid Works or Pro/Engineer (Creo).
- Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Passion for building durable, reliable products.
