Manager Clinical Practice – Lodi, NJ

Responsibilities- Oversee the development and implementation of the physicians’ plan of treatment, ensuring services comply with physician orders and regulatory time frames.
- Conduct regular case conferences/team meetings, keep staff informed, and perform supervisory visits within organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Match clients with staff according to needs, territories, client loads, and clinical skills.
- Participate in recruitment, orientation, and appropriate staffing to maintain vacancy and turnover metrics at established goals.
- Review client records to ensure care is appropriate and documentation supports care delivered; manage daily operation of business using report libraries.
- Support staff with education, training, and reinforcement; ensure compliance with mandatory in‑services.
- Lead performance improvement activities, measure PI indicators quarterly, implement action plans, and maintain infection and incident logs.
- Maintain relationships with referral sources, community, patients, families, and subcontractors; process and investigate complaints per policy.
- Ensure appropriate payors are identified and billed within regulatory time frames; obtain authorizations for visits and bill supplies appropriately.
- Respond constructively to patient/client grievances and team member concerns; ensure customer satisfaction meets or exceeds benchmarks.
- Prepare materials for team meetings and conduct meetings in the absence of the Nurse Manager.
- Remain available to clinicians after hours for concerns/questions.
- Perform other duties and/or projects as assigned.
- Adhere to HMH organizational and managerial competencies and standards of behavior.
- Lift at least 50 lbs., push and pull at least 50 lbs., and stand for a minimum of 4 hours a day.
- Three (3) to Five (5) years of RN experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- BSN in progress or expected within three (3) years of hire.
- Two (2) to Three (3) years of management experience.
- Homecare experience.
- NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License.
- AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification.
Minimum rate of $ annually. Posted rate is an estimate of the minimum base pay and does not reflect the full total rewards package. Compensation may vary based on market data, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and budgetary considerations.
