We are hiring dedicated, compassionate Nurse Aides, CNAs, and Caregivers to provide resident‑focused, quality care for elder Franciscan sisters in a convent home facility in Lodi, NJ (near Felician University and Immaculate Conception High School).

Part‑time overnight CNA/Nurse Aide positions.

• Our Nurse Aide / CNA / Caregiver provides direct care to elder Franciscan sisters including assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, dining, transporting, and restorative care. Our Nurse aides are responsible for documenting care for our sisters as required and communicating with residents, family members, management, and staff to ensure quality care. This position also assists and collaborates with the nursing staff with duties related to the ongoing needs of the residents according to established standards.

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Current or lapsed Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification is a PLUS but not required.
• Long‑term resident care or home care experience is preferred but not required.
