Overview
Responsible for the design, creation, modification / configuration, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and documentation of high-quality, innovative, and fully performing software that complies with coding standards, technical designs, and that meets user needs following the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Works with other functions within IT to interface with users, determine needs, develop code, and test software to ensure functionality and update program(s) to include security measures, data capacity, and quality deployments.
May be involved in software build or buy decisions.
Works to achieve day-to-day objectives with significant impact on operational results within area of work. Works independently under limited supervision. May be responsible for entire projects or processes within area. Typically responsible for coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals.

Knowledge & ExperienceRequires broad knowledge of area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of program or project management. Typically requires a University degree or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years of prior relevant experience.
Essential Functions | Accountabilities | Performance Measures- Serve as the primary internal owner of BY during the transition from implementation partner to steady state.
- Assume operational responsibility for all distribution centers currently live on BY.
- Actively participate in the BY implementation team, ensuring live-site feedback informs future site deployments.
- Coordinate with other CFS Brands IT employees and 3rd party support providers to resolve system issues and maintain performance.
- Monitor overall BY health across all active sites, track issues, escalations, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with DC leadership to ensure site-level adoption, standardized processes, and high service levels. Assist with written standard operating procedures.
- Manage user support workflows, ensuring issues are triaged, resolved, or escalated appropriately.
- Oversee and participate in data queries, reporting, analytics, and system monitoring to ensure accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Prepare sites for upgrades, enhancements, and periodic releases.
- Support training and onboarding of super-users and site-level operations personnel.
- Perform periodic onboarding and training site level super users.
- Generate and maintain system documentation related to configurations, workflows, and user guides.
- Assist in vendor relationship management activities.
Communicates with parties within and outside of own area. May have responsibility for communicating with parties external to the organization. Works to influence parties within and outside of the area at an operational level regarding policies, practices and procedures.
Problem Solving & ComplexityProblems and issues faced are vague and may require understanding of a broader set of issues, but are typically not complex. Problems may span a range of issues or areas. Problems are typically solved through drawing from prior experiences, with analysis of the issue. Has responsibility for making minor changes or enhancements in systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of area.
Leadership& Talent Management
May be responsible for providing guidance, coaching and training to other employees within job area. May manage projects at this level, requiring responsibility for the delegation of work and the review of others' work product.
Core Competencies- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience working with WMS platforms (BY preferred).
- Strong knowledge of distribution center operations and warehouse processes.
- Experience supporting or managing BY systems across multiple sites.
- Experience with WMS integrations to ERP and TMS in a supply chain ecosystem.
- Ability to coordinate across IT, operations and vendor partners.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Leadership experience managing technical or operational staff.
