Overview
GP Mobile is one of the largest T-Mobile Premium Retailers in the US. We are looking for highly motivated people to join our team as Mobile Experts (ME). If you want to earn unlimited commissions while working in a fun, fast-paced environment, GP Mobile is the place to be. This is a learning role where new associates work with their team and progressively build skills for the next level as a Retail Associate Manager.

- Build proficiency related to serving and selling to customers, delivering a world-class customer experience and building loyalty.
- Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
- Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
- Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the basic device and service plan, including accessories and IoT devices.
- Approach service and sales with composure, integrity and compassion.
- Become skilled with and consistently use digital tools in interactions and onboarding to demonstrate: network coverage in the customer’s neighborhood and the T-Mobile value proposition.
- Complete training on the T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills, processes, systems and reference resources.
- Make the most of time on shift, continually learning about wireless innovations and sharing knowledge with customers and teammates.
- Establish relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels to own the customer experience and resolve issues, creating a seamless environment.
- Identify and hand off small business leads.
- Support team initiatives and contribute to an inclusive environment.
- Passionate customer advocate with the desire to connect with people and have fun while helping them.
- Competitive drive and a proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Willingness to work with peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and resolving issues.
- Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals.
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail experience preferred.
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
