Order Processing Associate

At Mood Fabrics, warehouse location in Lodi, NJ. Full‑time position, 8 am – 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

• Picking and prepping customer orders for fabric, buttons, notions and trim
• Inventory and fulfillment – receiving shipments, cycle counts, etc.
• Utilizing our Inventory Control System to view and complete orders
• Escalating inventory matters to an Order Fulfillment Specialist as needed
• Building rapport with coworkers across departments to facilitate clear and honest communication in a supportive and professional manner

• Our inventory standards, layout, and organization
• Inventory Control System – previous inventory experience a plus
• SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) numbering scheme

• Great communication skills (oral and written)
• English proficiency required
• High attention to detail, especially inventory counts
• Ability to keep track of multiple components of the same order
• Ability to problem‑solve as needed
• Basic computer knowledge – experience with Outlook, Excel, Word, Google Drive a plus
• Must be able to lift 50 lb unassisted
• Inventory experience, or related industry experience, is a plus
