Receiving Associate

Action Group Staffing is seeking reliable and hardworking receiving associates for a second-shift warehouse opportunity in Lodi, NJ. This hands‑on position involves unloading shipping containers, sorting and organizing merchandise, preparing pallets, and supporting daily warehouse operations.

• Unload shipping containers and organize incoming merchandise.
• Sort, separate, and relabel products as needed.
• Sort, stack, and organize pallets.
• Shrink-wrap pallets for storage or shipment.
• Operate manual pallet jacks to transport materials throughout the warehouse.
• Lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
• Perform general housekeeping duties, including sweeping and cleaning.
• Assist with additional receiving and warehouse duties as assigned.

• Monday-Friday, overtime available as needed
• Schedule:
  
  4:00 pm-12:30 am
• Medical/Denta/ Vision/ Term Life, no waiting period

• Previous warehouse, receiving, or container unloading experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform physical warehouse duties, including frequent standing, bending, lifting, and moving materials.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
