Customer Success Specialist

A Customer Success Specialist at Cloud First Corp sees a flat quarter and asks what Customer Journey Mapping the team forgot to use. At its core, this is a mid-level Customer Success Specialist job in UT that rewards 3 years with $64,000 - $93,000 and room to run.

• Report on attribution and channel ROI to inform the $64,000 - $93,000 budget cycle
• Coach the Customer Success Specialist team off discounting and onto value selling
• Stand up a Net Promoter Score-driven scoring model the whole team believes
• Carry the UT number and the relationships that make it real
• Conduct market research to uncover trends shaping the sales marketing space
• Support mid-level account executives with prospecting and follow-up strategy
• Bridge Empathy reporting and the story your CMO needs to hear
• Turn churned sales marketing logos into win-back targets with a plan

• An UT sensibility, or genuine curiosity about this market
• Critical thinking skills and sound, independent judgment
• Proven Empathy results, ideally seasoned in Logan, UT
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• The patience to mentor without taking over the keyboard
• Hands-on proficiency with Mentoring, ideally paired with Escalation Management

Long before sales marketing was fashionable, Cloud First Corp was already solving it for businesses scattered across UT. Growth budgets at Cloud First Corp are generous because a sharper Technical Support you means a stronger team.

Expect $64,000 - $93,000, yes, but also expect the kind of benefits and remote flexibility that make Mondays in Logan feel lighter.
