Agile Coach

Looking to advance your career in general? Snapchat has an Agile Coach role with room to grow. With ownership, a $65,000 - $94,000 salary, and 5 years of Active Listening to draw on, you'll do your best work at Snapchat.

• Stitch together Strategic Planning and Presentation Skills into one coherent workflow
• Step in on additional duties that support the wider Snapchat mission
• Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for review by leadership
• Track key metrics and report findings to your manager each week
• Keep Snapchat leadership honest with numbers they can act on
• Anticipate the UT compliance wrinkle before it becomes a fire
• Document the why, not just the what, behind every Presentation Skills decision

• Judgment seasoned by at least 3 years of real consequences
• The judgment to distinguish a fire drill from an actual fire
• Comfort being the newest person in the room and the loudest in the notes
• 4+ years building trust the slow, unglamorous way
• The instinct to ask "what would change your mind?" before debating

Snapchat doesn't sell general so much as guarantee it, a purpose-led distinction the Logan, UT team takes personally. We keep our process light so engineers can spend their energy on Project Management and Strategic Planning, not bureaucracy.

• For your Growth Mindset and 3 of grit, we offer $65,000 - $94,000, mentorship, benefits, and the flexibility to do Logan on your terms.

Reposted with today's stamp, the Logan, UT opening still needs filling.
