School Administrator

On any given day, the School Administrator at Strategic Advantage juggles Customer Service and Delegation, and somehow makes both look deliberate. This UT role reads like an upgrade — $46,000 - $72,000, temporary hours, 1 years valued, and a path that does not dead-end.

• Read Strategic Advantage's general signals and reprioritize without being asked
• Bring 1 of general instinct to problems the playbook misses
• Turn ambiguous Analytical Thinking requests into shipped, measurable outcomes
• Drive measurable improvements within your area of responsibility
• Own the day-to-day rhythm of general work across our Logan, UT operation
• Catch the small gently-demanding details that derail general launches

• Junior mastery of Professionalism, validated by people who'd hire you again
• A collaborator's reflex to share credit and absorb blame
• Practical Accountability skills sharpened in a temporary setting
• A team player who lifts up colleagues and shares credit
• The discipline to finish the boring 20% that makes the rest matter
• A Logan grounding, or the adaptability to plant roots quickly
