About the Role:
Looking to launch your career in a role that truly makes a difference? Join our warm and welcoming Member Assistance team as a Sales and Service Officer you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued members, helping them find the right solutions across our trusted range of products and services.
This is an entry-level opportunity perfect for someone eager to grow. No contact centre experience? No worries! If you bring a positive attitude, a passion for helping others, and a willingness to learn, we’ll provide all the training and support you need to thrive.

Hours, Training and
Location:
- Start date 12th February with interviews scheduled to run on 21st January, so apply now!
- Pay: $33.53 per hour + super + penalty rates!
- Roster:
Rotating shifts, with start times between 12:00pm and 2:00pm, finish times between 5:00pm and 7:00pm - Hours:
25 hours per week, 5 days a week, 5 hours per shift - Location:
To ensure we set you up for success and give you all the support you need, you will be required to be onsite at our Eight Mile Plains location - Work from home:
After 3 –6 months, based on performance, you may be eligible for a hybrid WFH option
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Chatting with members to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
- Creating positive experiences with every interaction
- Staying up to date with RACQ’s products and services
About You:
- Friendly, engaging, and genuinely enjoy helping others
- Calm under pressure and quick to bounce back from challenges
- Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Confident using computers and communicating clearly
- Hold a minimum Year 12 High School Certificate
