Part‑Time Traveling Periodontal Dental Assistant

Platinum Dental is seeking a dedicated Traveling Periodontal Dental Assistant to join our exceptional team. We pride ourselves on putting patients at the core of everything we do and encouraging teamwork and clinical excellence.

As a traveling periodontal dental assistant, you will provide clinical support across multiple locations, ensuring a consistent and high‑quality experience for patients.

• Welcome patients to the dental office.
• Prepare patients for treatments.
• Select and set up instruments, equipment, and materials needed.
• Sterilize instruments according to regulations.
• Assist the dentist through 4‑handed dentistry.
• Undertake lab tasks as instructed.
• Provide post‑operative care instructions.
• Keep the dental room clean and well‑stocked.
• Schedule appointments.
• Maintain accurate patient records.

• Proven experience as a dental assistant in periodontics.
• Ability to travel with the periodontist to multiple locations.
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods.
• Understanding of health & safety regulations.
• Good computer skills.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and organization.
• Well‑organized and reliable.
• X‑ray certification.
