Kelly is hiring substitute teachers for the Cache County and Logan City school districts.
OverviewSubstitute teachers provide essential support to maintain continuity in students’ learning. They can work short‑ or long‑term assignments, build a flexible schedule, and earn steady income.
Responsibilities- Assume duties of the classroom teacher in accordance with district lesson plans, rules, and Kelly policies.
- Lead instruction by following the teacher’s existing lesson plans covering various topics.
- Assign reasonable tasks and homework.
- Develop lesson plans, create, administer, and grade tests and assignments for long‑term assignments.
- Build positive relationships with teachers, staff, and students.
- Create a classroom environment that motivates and encourages participation, tailored to different learning styles.
• High school diploma/GED or higher, 20 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English fluently and effectively.
