Create, manage, and participate in a self‑paced learning environment that provides opportunities for students to develop their fullest potential through extensive hands‑on interaction. Instructor must be willing to assist students with software questions and minor technical issues in a variety of business‑related subjects.
Essential Duties- Answer students' curriculum questions as needed
- Correct assignments, quizzes and exams in a timely manner
- Maintain grades, progress tracking, and competency evaluations
- Supervise a safe learning environment
- Respond promptly to phone and electronic messages
- Advise students along their educational path
- Develop and maintain curriculum
- Keep accurate and complete student documentation
- Attend recruitment events
- Maintain accountability of high school and adult students
Knowledge of Microsoft Office required; knowledge of Quick Books is preferred; understanding basic accounting principles, basic business math skills, and English grammar fundamentals are beneficial. Technical education and experience with Canvas is helpful. Education beyond high school and at least two years' experience in the business industry is preferred.
