• Assume duties of the classroom teacher in accordance with school district lesson plans, school rules, and Kelly policies.
• Leading instruction in the classroom by conducting the teacher’s existing lesson plans covering various classroom topics and courses.
• Assigning Reasonable tasks and homework.
• Long term assignments may require developing lesson plans and creating, administering and grading tests and assignments.
• Building positive relationships with other teachers, school staff, and students.
• Creating a classroom environment that motivates students to learn, encourages classroom participation, and matches the education needs and interests of the students.
• Using various instructional techniques to adapt to different learning styles.

• Must have a high school diploma/GED or higher and be at least 20 years of age.
• Must have the ability to read, write and communicate in the English language fluently and effectively.
