You will own process development, documentation, and sustained improvements for high-reliability electronics assemblies, partnering with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to meet customer requirements.
The role involves supporting solder paste printing, placement, reflow, inspection, and related operations, plus NPI involvement, DFМ/DFA, and root-cause problem
