• Founded by neuropsychologist, Dr. Jennifer Cardinal, NBCG was created to provide individualized care with interdisciplinary supports and always guided by compassion for the individual.
• Join a supportive, collaborative clinical environment, which includes our ABA program, mental health providers, speech therapists, psychiatric medical providers, our special education team and other clinical support services. You can broaden your professional horizons at NBCG, even beyond behavioral health.
• Develop your skills in a client-affirming and trauma-informed clinical setting. The client's needs are always at the forefront of NBCG's processes and decisions.
• Receive paid, hands‑on training and ongoing support from our comprehensive clinical trainings and our BCBAs. NBCG's BCBAs are trained and expected to be focused on their RBTs' well‑being and success, in addition to their clients.
• Work directly with children and adolescents using evidence‑based therapy practices and gain hands‑on experience to develop your career in behavioral health or any related health‑care fields you may pursue.

No RBT certification yet? No problem! We provide all the training, certification, and credentialing you need to become a Registered Behavior Technician.

Ideal for students, recent grads, those with CNA or social work experience, people who have worked in child care and child services, or anyone looking to start or grow a career in behavioral health and gain skills in psychology, disability support and advocacy, and Autism therapy.

NBCG provides all the required training, certification, and credentialing requirements for selected applicants to become Registered Behavior Technicians! Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) are paraprofessionals who implement ABA treatment plans that are created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). RBTs provide direct, one‑on‑one behavioral interventions to children and young adolescents diagnosed with autism to teach a variety of skills.

• Paid certification and training if you are not already a certified RBT!
• Already an active RBT? A $500 bonus is paid out at 90 days of employment for bringing your experience to our team!
• Bonus system based on hours worked, bonuses for every pay period if you’re working over 20 billable hours each week!
• Partial session pay received even when sessions are cancelled by clients.
• Flexible block scheduling with morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, no holidays or weekend shifts!
• Continued education offered in house including safety care training, and monthly trainings on pertinent subjects in ABA
