You are the primary source of training and coaching for the Agents

You will work with agents both in a one‑on‑one capacity as well as a group setting to help identify core skills that will help them excel and then help those agents develop those skills.

Beyond being a coach, you will also perform training functions and therefore need to be comfortable facilitating an engaging training session over Zoom. Our training sessions are fun and practice‑heavy, so you need to be comfortable leading a group with high energy.

You will also help contribute to building and refining training materials, so being comfortable with Google Slides and video editing software is a plus.

Periodically you will need to interact with Client personnel, so being able to represent Pondera in a high quality way is a must.

At the end of the day, you are responsible for motivating, training and coaching your team of agents , so you need to be a self‑starter that can influence others.

This is an independent contractor position, meaning you run your own business and can run it how you see fit.

You need to provide your own technology...specifically you need to have your own computer (that meets our minimum specs), a headset and high speed internet connection.

You also need a quiet workspace that you can work from distraction free. We cannot have dogs, cats, kids or any other distractions and/or sounds in the background.

A background check will be performed before you can begin work with Pondera.

You will support agents that work 24/7, so you need to have some flexibility with your schedule. That does not mean you will work 24/7, but being able to do a coaching session in the morning or evening periodically will be important to reach all members of your team.
